Nils was a great salesman to work with and I truly felt that he had my best interests in mind. He was very patient with us while we measured several different interiors of vehicles and when I went back and forth on what I thought I wanted. He clearly and thoroughly answered all of our questions and offered great advice. He truly did everything he could to help me get my dream car, even though I saw for myself several other people who were interested in this particular one. Matt, the sales manager, also worked very hard for me to figure out how the taxes would work for someone who is based out of state and here temporarily. Everyone I met here was extremely friendly and helpful except for one. The financial services manager, Tiffany, was extremely difficult to work with. She was very rude when I didn’t agree to purchase the extended warranties that she offered, even to the point where I felt like I was being bullied by her into agreeing, which I did end up doing. She also was very unhelpful as she would raise her voice at times and was clearly irritated with us when we didn’t understand something or asked questions. Because of her, I feel like my experience here was tainted. I think she needs to improve her patience and customer service skills, especially when dealing with someone who is just trying to understand all the information that is handed to them while making an important life decision.
